Click to enlarge picture    So Many Memories,
The loss by fire of the Stone House at Coggshall Park has been felt as a heart breaking loss by those of us who have grown up in the area of the Park. Many can recall warm memories of the Stone House after skating in the winter or just sitting on the second floor balcony looking down at Mirror Lake. Coggshall Park, with all it's charm, has the magic to create memories that last a life time.

The Stone House was build in 1917 as a memorial to benefactors Henry and Sylvania Coggshall. The Stone House WILL be rebult! This project, however, will take some time. I will begin to post an update of all that is happening as rebuilding takes place. The picutre that appears on this site is the last that was taken from the building before the ice storm on December 12, 2008. This picture will remain until the rebuilding project is finished and a new camera system is in place. Please visit often.
